Review of the Panasonic NN-A554W BBPQ combination microwave When Panasonic decided to reduce the size of one of their best selling microwaves, without sacrificing the capacity of the oven, the Panasonic NN-A554W BBPQ was the result. By completely re-designing the mechanics of the microwave, Panasonic have reduced the depth of the oven by 20% (compared to an equivalent Panasonic model). The advantage is that this model, with it's grill and convection heating feature is ideal for more compact kitchens, particularly those with 50cm deep work surfaces. |

Certainly a good product as you would expect from Panasonic. The owner’s handbook could be better though and made easier to understand. If you’re looking specifically for a combination microwave that is within easy reach of most budgets, this is a good choice. |

The difference between a standard microwave and a combination microwave like this one is that a standard type will microwave only, however, a combination microwave can microwave or grill, and also operate as a separate oven and is ideal if your kitchen is limited by space. |

Supplier: Comet If your product is brand new, unused and the box is unopened you can take it back to a Comet store within 28 days (14 days for a computer) and get either a full refund or a gift card to the same value. You will need to take your receipt along also. If the product is too big to take to the store call the customer care line on 0844 800 95 95 and they will arrange a collection (charges will apply). If you've opened the box, provided the product is still unused, the process is almost the same except that for products costing £25 or more, they will deduct a restocking fee (10% of the original price up to a maximum of £99) from the refund price to cover the cost of repackaging and restocking. |
