How easy is it to use their website? Quite easy. All the main sections are available via their home page using the main menu and drop-down menus. You can also use the search box to type in what you're looking for.
Do Greenfingers offer secure online ordering? YES all personal customer information, such as name, address and credit card details, are encrypted using SSL encryption methods. For further security their automatic transaction system does not retain credit card details. After payment is made your card details will not be stored in any records for future reference. This means your card details will have to be taken again whenever you make a new purchase.
Do Greenfingers charge extra for home delivery? YES The delivery charge is a standard £4.95 per order, no matter how large or how many items your order contains.
How long does delivery take? Greenfingers aim to deliver goods within 10-14 days (with some exceptions). However they can only guarantee you delivery within 28 days, which is generally acceptable for larger items. If they are unable to deliver within 28 days they will only proceed with the order with your agreement.
